These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechVault Electronics storefront and any purchases you make, whether directly or through an authorized AI shopping agent. By using the store you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information and availability, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing or stock mistakes.

Payment

Orders are confirmed once a valid payment authorization (a signed payment mandate) is received and verified. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon confirmation.

Agent-initiated purchases

You are responsible for purchases made by AI agents you authorize. An authorized agent acts within the scope and spending limits you grant; we treat a valid consent token as your authorization for the operations it permits.

Shipping & delivery

We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Limitation of liability

The store is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TechVault Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or products purchased through it.
