Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Return window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Items showing signs of use beyond inspection may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to start a return

1. Emailreturns@techvault.example with your order number.
2. We email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns within the US, a prepaid label is provided at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Categories & eligibility

This 30-day return policy applies to all product categories sold by TechVault Electronics, including laptops, keyboards, mice, monitors, and accessories.
